Meter Mate offers a Meter Reading Service solution to all Property owners and Managing Agents to ensure a very effective collections on utilities.

We do manual meter readings for Electricity, Water & Gas and we then determine the usage charges based on the actual readings obtained from the post-paid meters.

The Meter Reading Service involves:

1. Meter reader going to the building/complex to do manual meter readings displayed on the gas, water & electricity post-paid meters for each and every unit including the bulk meters.
2. The readings obtained are used to determine the actual usage/consumption of each and every unit. 
3. The usage/consumption of each and every unit is used to determine the charge amounts to be paid by each and every unit for their consumption.
4. The charges and usage information is then sent to the Managing Agent or the Property Owner in order for them to recover the charges from the tenants.
5. The recovered charges will then be used to pay the Municipality bill of the Managing Agent or the Property Owner.
